Hi Samuel,
I managed to get it running. I wasn’t aware initially that StarPU automatically marks the graphics cards as CUDA devices even if I set STARPU_NOPENCL=2, unless STARPU_NCUDA=0 is set.

But do you set STARPU_NCUDA to 0, to let StarPU initialize the GPUs in OpenCL mode? StarPU can not know in advance whether the application will provide CUDA implementations or OpenCL implementations, so you need to tell it explicitly which mode GPUs should be initialized in.
