Mmm, the output you provide does not seem to come from version 8366. Are
you invoking starpu_fxt_tool from the built source?  Perhaps it is still
using an older libstarpu on your system?

Yes. After some work I believe I managed to get it compatible in both
ways, but it seems the version actually producing your output is
somewhere in between.

Yes, the output you have is bogus, it is missing the MEMNODE0
declaration. And the trunk does not actually emit such kind of
references any more, thus my believing an old version is remaining
somewhere on your system.
