BTW, it seems that registration optimization was not done in MORSE, i.e.
avoid seeing all nodes register all tiles (even if just a NULL pointer).
In the 4 MPI nodes case, that would not improve things much (something
like 1/4), but that will be very useful when scaling with a lof more
nodes.
