Indeed, _starpu_opencl_compile_or_load_opencl_from_string seems to
reject not being able to build a program for some device. I'd tend
to think that it should be fine with that and just put a NULL in the
opencl_programs array for those. It'd then be up to the application to
decide whether it is fine with having it not built for all devices. Here
complex.c is: it can simply make can_execute return 0 on devices where
the program couldn't be built. A patch doing that would be welcome
indeed :)
