Hi Nathalie,

I don't see the autogen.sh file in the starpu releases.

But I could cheat with the following commands:

    $ sudo ln -s /usr/bin/aclocal-1.14 /usr/bin/aclocal-1.15
    $ sudo ln -s /usr/bin/automake-1.14 /usr/bin/automake-1.15

Maybe aclocal and automake executables should be used instead of aclocal/automake-VERSION in starpu configure?

That's the version of aclocal we have on the machine. i would have supposed it would work with an older version, sorry about that.

You should try to restart autogen.sh and see if it works better.
