I do not think we can really do much to help you here. There is nothing specific in StarPU to allow applications debugging (except for --enable-debug). debug on my local machine, i.e. stopping at breakpoints and
examining the memory. However, I cannot debug the program in the
same way when I ran gdb on a node of the supercomputer I have
access to. On my local machine, it was reported that the
libthread_debug was used to debug. I did not get that message on
the supercomputer and thus I could not debug. I verified that
the libthread_debug was in /libs/ on the supercomputer.
Please give me some insights.
