Ok. Perhaps the fact that other runtimes have better performance is e.g.
left-looking vs right-looking, and changing a few things inside StarPU
schedulers to change task order could help. For now we just take tasks
in the order they are submitted and released, that's not necessarily the
best one for locality and for parallelism.
