Dear StarPU developers,
We are strongly considering using StarPU to provide more parallelization
opportunities in one of our project (which involves large scale
inference and N-body simulation for astronomy/cosmology). However one
big requirement for us is to be able to execute 3d FFTs . I see that
currently 1d and 2d FFTs are implemented, however I do not see any trace
of 3d.
Is there any plan to add a layer for 3d FFTs (decomposing over 2+1d or
better scheme) in starpufft ?
