We don't really have plans to work on FFT decomposition in several tasks
since we do not have much experience in FFT decomposition. Even the 1D
and 2D case are currently done sequentially, because our parallel
version is using a rather dumb strategy.
I have however now added the 3D case as single-task. If you have series
of 3D FFTs to perform, that will just work.
