No, this does not sound correct. Which version of CADO NFS are you using, the 1.1 release or some Git snapshot? If a Git snapshot, which revision is it? Also, can you please send me (to my own address, not the list) your parameters file, machine description file, the rsa155.log output file, and the rsa155.cmd output file? Then I'll see if I can reproduce the problem here.

A probably rather silly question, but just to check: is there free space left on the filesystem?

Thanks,
Alex

Subject: [Cado-nfs-discuss] problem in sieve stage

Hi all,
I try to factor rsa155  as directed by cadofactor.pl. In sieving stage, I find some warning "~/c155 rsa155.rels.xxx-yyy.gz contains no useable data, deleting". And in directory /tmp, I find the file rsa155.rels.xxx-yyy.gz often changes, with size  from zero to a higher value and then to zero again. That is, the file was overwritten or the job was redone many times. Now the factoring has taken very long time, but I only get 10 gz file in work directory ~/c155.
Is this normal? or what's wrong?
 Thank you.
 Regards,
sincerely Meng
