yes gcc-4.1.2 is on the blacklist. From README:
* GCC 4.1.2 is known to miscompile CADO-NFS (see
https://gforge.inria.fr/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=14490),
GCC 4.2.0, 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 are also affected
