you can play with tasks.polyselect.nrkeep (default is 100 for a c120) and
tasks.polyselect.ropteffort (default is 5): nrkeep is the number of
polynomials
kept after stage 1, and ropteffort is the effort made in stage 2 (rootsieve).

If you find better parameters, please tell us!
