Can you send me the first ~50 lines or so of the file
/tmp/cado.j7xjqm4s/c145.renumber.gz (dezipped, of course).

I changed something with this earlier this week (700809586). If that file
was created earlier than that, you might need to recompute that file
(well, you can edit it by hand as well, but recomputing it should take
only a few minutes).
