ok, confirmed.

1 - recompile
2 - grep freerel /tmp/cado.j7xjqm4s/c145.cmd
3 - re-execute this command
4 - make sure that /tmp/cado.j7xjqm4s/c145.renumber.gz now claims version
20220411 (first two lines)
5 - restart cado-nfs.py

(alternatively, you can change the 'd' on line 47 do decimal, and bump
the version number to the magic above above. The rest of the file should
be unchanged)
