Hello,

We didn't port the demos from Qt3 to Qt4.  So if you just want
to compile and run the demos, then you can download precompiled
binaries from the Package Overview web page:
http://www.cgal.org/Manual/3.3/doc_html/cgal_manual/packages.html
On the right, you can see written "Demo" followed by a link.

For Qt on Windows you either need a commercial license for Qt.
Alternatively there is an open source project that ports/ported
the GPLed Unix version of Qt.
