Subject: [cgal-discuss] Install Cgal on WindowsXP/VC++8.0
Hi all,
I was trying to install Cgal 3.3.1 on Windows XP.
The installtion guide recommonds to use Qt 3. But it seems that there is not a Qt 3 for windows.
I have tried the newest version Qt 4.3.4. When i tried to compile the demos, it always come came out many errors refering to the grammer mistakes(like lack of ; before xxx) of the .h files of the Qt library called by \include\CGAL\IO\Qt_widget.h.
Then I tried Qt3 embeded version, this time some of the .h files in its include folder include some .h file that do not exist in Qt3 (but exists in Qt4.3.4).
Anyone can tell me what is the problem is and how to deal with it?
Best,
Justin
