Can you translate the error message to English?

Starting with CGAL3.4, CMake is used for configuration, so yes, you
should not indicate the paths to QT4 manually like that.

Try removing those directories from the VC global settings.

If you use cmake from the command line you will be able to redirect
output to a text file which you can send to us to help you diagnose the
problem.
