Hi everyone,

I am using the Voronoi diagram (VD) of CGAL. I have a trouble when I tried 
to locate a point in the VD. I just did a naive example: computed the VD, 
extracted a vertex location (the coordinates were fractions, not integers). 
Then I located it in VD. The result: the point was inside a CELL, not a 
vertex.

I guess this may came from the exact/inexact trait of the kernel, but I have 
no idea how to fix it. Do anyone have a suggestion for me, please?
