Hi Sara,

On Windows, CGAL installer should install TAUCS if you select the option. Unfortunately, this feature is broken is CGAL 3.5 Windows installer.
Until a fix is available, you may download TAUCS precompiled for Visual C++ from
https://gforge.inria.fr/frs/?group_id=52 (download precompiled_taucs_win32.zip or precompiled_taucs_win64.zip in TAUCS 3.5 section). Then unzip it as C:\CGAL\CGAL-3.5\auxiliary\taucs.

I looked for the liblapack.lib in "C:\CGAL\CGAL-3.5\auxiliary\taucs\lib"
directory but I couldn't find it. do you have any suggestion to fix it. I
