Hi Nikos,

what classes do you use in Amira? Do you have a developer version of 
Amira, such that you have an API and can write/extend your own Amira 
Modules in C++ or only a "user" Amira (load, display and process data).
What modules/classes do you use - please write more about your project - 
without specific information it's hard to answer.
