I am getting a lot of errors when I try to build the CGAL example code.
It looks like it is trying to link to a boost library that is not present. I installed 
the Boost 1.33.1 as instructed in the CGAL documentation. Is there something

I am missing here? The closest lib that the Boost 1.33.1 installer installs is
libboost_thread-vc80-mt-s-1_33_1.lib. Where is this library reference created?
It Can someone please help me?
