Hi Marc,

Thanks for the reply. I never use QGLViewer. Do you know where can I find a demo for it.

Hi Tina,

It is not a stand-alone viewer, but an OpenGL rendering widget for Qt
applications.
We use it now in most 3D demos of CGAL.
You can get more information here http://www.libqglviewer.com/index.html

Hi,

this was an old visu tool, no longer maintained

Now what is becoming the recommended visu tool for cgal is
QGLViewer. I've never used it but it is qt and opengl based so
standart and you can find demo code, for polyhedron for instance

Hope this help
best

Hey Guys,

I am running the example which is to approximate ridges and
umbilics on the meshes. I would like to visualize the result like
*Figure 52.1: *(Crest ridges on the David) . in

http://www.cgal.org/Manual/last/doc_html/cgal_manual/Ridges_3/Chapter_main.html
I couldn't find any demo for that in cgal demos or example. Does
anybody know a fast way to visualize it.

Thanks,
Tina
