i can't tell what exactly happened with you , but building CGAL in windows isn't very straight forward
any way i have uploaded binaries for windows , ( compiled using VC++ 2008 express )

(note this is merely the bins , libs , include headers )

hope it helps u an any one struggling with cgal on windows

can anyone suggest any other installation guide for windows? or can anyone tell
me what I am doing wrong above?
