I didn't find macro "he" but you were right that it was a source
conflict - with some other library I'm using. Simple rearrangement of
the order of headers made the error go away. Many thanks.
I realize I really don't have a system which would allow me to quickly
classify such compile errors as "caused by conflicting sources" - at
least not in the case of big external libraries :(
