CGAL users discussion list

I see that the CGAL is more or less .cpp and header files, I'm searching but 
can't find anything pertaining to compiling or needing to compile CGAL 
libraries anywhere in the manual.  Just CMake stuff, <Configure> and 
<Generate>.

Help.  If there's a make or build file in, or for, CGAL, I can't find it.  Or 
anything about it in the manual.
