It might be a related problem. Copy all DLLs named "*function_plugin.dll" to 
the sub-directory implicit_functions/.

You did the CMake configuration of CGAL demos at the same time as the 
configuration of CGAL libraries, and the authors of Mesh_3 demo have not 
taken 
that setup into account.

I am not sure about how to patch the file CMakeLists.txt so that those DLL 
files are put at the right place. I need to check on a Windows machine. I'll 
do that next week (I am on vacation this week).
