I am not modifying anything, just using the mesh_3D_image example in a
loop (changing representations image-tetmesh). I would appreciate
hints how to adopt the procedure.
I observe shrinkage in INTERNAL domains, i.e., not on the surface. Are
the internal boundaries also projected?
