Hi Sebastien,
    I am not sure I can answer your questions. So I paste the errors
following later. By the way, when I configured Cgal with the CMake Gui
according to the Installation Manual, there's some red entries in the under
window all the way. Following is the red entries(Italic):

/  It appears you're trying to use Visual Studio with Qt built by mingw.

And after the configuring, I found the file "compiler_config.h" was
generated but the file "CGALConfig.cmake" is still not found. About boost, I
also don't know how to build libboost-thread. I am not sure if this is
related to these errors. Following is the errors when I run
width_simplex.cpp using vs2005.
