Well I just decided to format the laptop and put a 32-bit version of windows as CGAL has many issues with the 64 version as I heard so far from many users
Thanks for all the help

Yes
my PATH var is defined as this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CGAL-3.9\auxiliary\gmp\lib

One question: can I have multiple values for this var?? In the tutorial
I follow it is asking to put different values of the var some related to
CGAL and some to Qt.. How come that is possible?
Yes, put the path separated with ;

For example on my windows box I have the following:

%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\CMake 2.8\bin;C:\dev\libraries\gmp-5.0.1_and_mpfr-3.0.0_precompiled_i686\lib;C:\dev\CGAL\next\build\MSVC10-32\bin

Sebastien.

Thank you for the help

#gwenaelle.marquant

I tried renaming those files but it is still the same issue. Thank you
for your help

#Eugen Funk

How can I add many values to the PATH variable?? Thank you for your help

#flavio.anjos
I followed the steps of adding those libs to the ignore specific
libraries as per the tutorial.. Thank you for your help

Do you see  this file in the bin directory where you build CGAL? Can
you post your PATH environment value?
