@Sweety, I think it would be easier for you just to build EVERYTHING from
sources (cgal, boost, gmp). Moreover if you don't have a license problem,
just build everything in static link, and you won't have .dll problems. 
I can't see how changing the OS from 64 to 32 would help you in any way, and
it you have at least 4GB memory it would be quite a shame.
