I just fell on what I suspect to be another, unrelated, minor bug of the 
windows installation target :  the GMP include and lib are not installed 
along with CGAL which would be expected because the GMP is shipped with 
the CGAL sources.

I can not investigate this problem further for now however. I'll try to 
come back with a patch later...
