Dear CGAL developers,

I need to tessellate a volume into tetrahedra using the Mesh 3 routines in
CGAL,
given a prescribed surface triangulation so that this original surface
triangulation remains and is not replaced, in other words, I need
to keep the original surface triangulation a part of the eventual
tetrahedral mesh.

Is this possible with CGAL 4.0.2 ?
