Thank you a lot for your help.

So I succeded in accessing normals (I am printing out the skin surface in Pymol and the result is far better but not perfect yet) but the normals seem to be linked with a point only (vertex) and not with a facet. 

To have the normal of the facet, I have to to the average of the normals of the points of the halfedge or there is a more direct way ?

Anyway, it resolved my issue (I take one point of the facet and its normals is considered roughly as the normal of the facet).
