Ok,

however i downloaded Point_set_demo.exe from
http://www.cgal.org/demo/4.2/surface_reconstruction_points_3.zip

as i thought it should do strategy 1 but when i open a very simple file
like(a cube) :

-0.500000 0.500000 -0.500000

demo crashes with message "Program received SIGSEGV: Segmentation Fault"

where i'm wrong?
