Hi Panos, and thanks for the help.
It is really unnecessary to use "Segment_Delaunay_graph_filtered_traits_2"
in this case, as you suggest ( instead of 
"Segment_Delaunay_graph_filtered_traits_without_intersections_2"). But on
the tests I am running, to change the tag of the exact kernel to
"Field_with_sqrt_tag" in the filtered traits, still does not make any
difference... I wonder if I am missing something here, again. 

I attach a new sample of the input data, to show the results. If run, the
output text "circle 3" and "circle 16" are still incorrect: (circle 3:  
4.8174e+11 36.7695 and circle 16:   -1.12186e+11 36.7621).

I attach also two images, one calculated with the same settings and data as
in the sample program (which fails), another one using only an exact type,
(commented off in the sample code and also using "Lazy_exact_nt", which
works):
