Dear all,

I have compiled with Visual Studio 10 CGAL, the examples seem to run
correctly. I created a new solution in Visual Studio and properly set the
includes and the lib paths, everything seems to work also in this case. 

Now I am considering to turn into Eclipse (with MinGW compiler) since I am
more familiar with it but I am experiencing a lot of difficulties in
configuring the environment properly. I know it has being discussed in some
other topics but the discussion either involved different operating systems
or it wasn't very clear from my point of view.
Here I enclose the errors I am seeing when attempting to build a convex hull
example.
