CGAL on Linux/ARM is supposed to work (there are Debian packages for it) -- at
least as long as your ARM chip has a hardware FPU with rounding mode control. 
It
does not work on ARM chips with software FPU emulation (typically without
rounding mode control).

But you are probably right that nobody tested CGAL on Windows/ARM so far.
