Hello,

I don't have time right now to look in deep at your problem but it
might be related to a pb already identified for which I provided a
temporary fix over CGAL 4.3 in the following thread:

Could you have a look and tell me if that is the same issue or not?
(note that the placement in the cpp file is also important, not only
the patched CGAL header)
