Hi all,

I am a new undergraduate student to use CGAL and I am not familiar with the
STL. So it will be difficult to understand some CGAL code.

Currently, I use function approximated_offset_2 to approximately offset a
polygon. However, my question is how can I get each vertice's coordinate of
outer_boundary of the resulting polygon with holes and how can I remove all
holes in this polygon.

My question is quite simple. I really appreciate your help as I feel
difficult to continue further study on CGAL.
