I am trying to use the class Approximate_min_ellipsoid_d for a 
4-dimensional ellipsoid.

I am using the sample code that accompanies the class documentation.

I'm getting an error from the pointcd constructor saying w == 0.

Has anyone else experienced this type of error?

If I can get beyond this error, is it possible to use the iterators to 
output semi-axis lengths and directions?  Sample code seems to restrict 
that to d = 2 or 3.
