This was a preliminary of the documentation of the package that is still
under development (unfortunately Google find it at the first hit for
"MCF CGAL"). Due to the lack of resources, the finalization of the
package has been put on hold but we are actually planning to work on it
next week. If you contact me in a few weeks I can give you access to an
internal version in exchange of some feedback ;)
