Thats weird. If the files are the same, maybe you may be loading a dll from a different place. You can check which DLLs are being used with dependency walker.

inside/outside VS. On the second system it only works inside VS, the result
is wrong and different each time I run manually the compiled .exe file. And
I am sure that I run the correct file. If I copy that file and run it on the
first system, it works perfectly. All the input data, used libraries and
compiling settings are same on both systems.
