Can you tell us more about your code? Maybe you should even share it with us. 
That might help.

I understand that the results are no reproductible, from one run to another. 
Do you iterator over the content of associative containers? The comparison 
operators of CGAL handles/iterators are usually not deterministic, because 
they rely on comparisons of pointer values. That might explain the behavior 
of 
the code.

Can you explain what you consider wrong in the results you have? You say that 
you use 2D Delaunay triangulations. Are the triangulations valid after 
construction?
