Hello,
we are using successfully Alpha_shape_3 with a
Periodic_3_Delaunay_triangulation_traits_3 and a Iso_cuboid_3
(code example is available here :
http://gudhi.gforge.inria.fr/doc/latest/_persistent_cohomology_2periodic_alpha_complex_3d_persistence_8cpp-example.html
)
And we were wandering to know if it was possible to use something else than
Iso_cuboid_3 ?
We are interested in triclinic systems (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triclinic_crystal_system ), where a triclinic
in the Euclidean space E3 with edges not parallel to the x, y and z axis of
the coordinate system.
Thanks in adavance for your answer,
