[Starpu-devel] starpu in gentoo

Dears StarPU developers,

I have included StarPU package in the Gentoo repository [1]. Gentoo
users can now simply do 'emerge starpu' with various options
(available are: blas cuda fftw gcc-plugin mpi opencl qt4).

I had to patch various files of the autotools build system to respect
user's own configuration. The patches are on the files directory of
the URL below if you are interested in including them into the starpu
trunk.

Note: I wanted to file the patches in the gforge, but the system
required an INRIA project and I don't belong to any.
