Ok that must be my problem, I did rebuild with 
LIBS="liberty -lbfd" ./configure --prefix /home/lacoste/starpu-trunk-nocuda 
--with-fxt=/opt/cluster/plafrim-dev/fxt-0.2.11 --enable-maxcpus=160 
--enable-max-sched-ctxs=30 --disable-cuda --disable-opencl

but I have 
/* #undef HAVE_ENABLE_FUT_FLUSH */

in config.h

I'll try to get it defined.
