[Starpu-devel] starpu test application

Hello starpu developer team, I am student at Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies in Slovakia. I am trying to develop an test application using starpu. I have installed starpu task programming library and i am looking up to some help or advise how to start up with work.In past I programmed applications using openCL kernels which i run on GPU.

My target application using starpu should perform computations on gpu on at least two nodes connected via network. I would like to ask you some questions about starpu.

1. Is it necessary to use starpu c extension? Because a command pkg-config starpu-1.1 --variable=gccplugin returns an empty string which means that plug-in is not available.

2. Could you advice me how can I turn on gcc plugin extension or how can i achieve it?

3. Could you recommend me some simple example/s of starpu where is computation using openCL kernel performed?

4. Could you recommend me some simple example/s where is scheduling by MPI used?
