did you compile the binary you use
(/home/greatnet/meng/cado-nfs/build/localhost.localdomain/sieve/las) on the
same machine where you run it? If so, please can you try with gdb as follows?

gdb --args -I 11 -rpowlim 2047 -apowlim 2047 -poly /tmp/rsa100.poly -fb 
/tmp/rsa100.roots -q0 2700000 -q1 2720000

then under gdb, type "run", and when the "illegal instruction" happens, type
"where" and send us the output you get.
