I'm trying to install CGAL 3.2.1 with VC++ 8 pre compiled libs and it fails when trying to download from ftp://ftp.mpi-sb.mpg.de/pub/outgoing/CGAL/3.2.1/, as there aren't in that site no files related to pre compiled libs the installation fails.
