I found a book named "C++ GUI Programming with Qt 3 " which has a CD "QT 
3.2.1 non-commercial" visual .net 2003 and other platforms. I use this 
version of QT and it runs very good without having problem with CGAL.

It is "NON COMMERCIAL" edition, but since it came with a book, I do not know 
whether I am allowed to explain more or not?
